- Price

- Order Acceptance
After you submit an order, you may receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order will only be accepted when we send you a shipment confirmation email confirming that the goods have been shipped. At that point, a binding contract will be formed between you and XMQZG only with respect to the items listed in that shipment confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to the following:
- a) the item is out of stock, unavailable, or restricted for shipment;
- b) the item fails to meet our quality control standards;
- c) there is an error in the price or product description;
- d) payment authorization cannot be obtained;
- e) you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms of Service.
If there is any issue with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
- Delivery and Pickup
When you place an order on the website, you may receive an estimated delivery timeframe. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery. If another person accepts the goods at the delivery address, that acceptance will be treated as valid proof of delivery. We reserve the right to update our delivery policy at our sole discretion without prior notice.
- Returns
Returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions set out in the section titled “Return and Exchange Policy”.
If you are not satisfied with an item and it meets the applicable return conditions, you may request a return within the specified return period. Returned items must be maintained in their original condition and packaging, with tags intact where applicable. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility.
