Your complaint must include the following information:

2. Detailed identification of the intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed, including the relevant registration number and country of registration, where applicable.
3. Detailed identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its specific location on the website or application, and sufficient detail to assist XMQZG in locating the material.
4. If the complaint concerns design rights, identification of the design believed to be infringed and the relevant registration number.
5. If the complaint concerns another registered right requiring supporting legal documentation, the relevant court order, judgment, or supporting documents.
6. Your full name or company name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
7. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the allegedly infringing material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
8. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Upon receipt of such a notice, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to the material, disable links to the material, notify the allegedly infringing party, and terminate access to and use of the XMQZG service by any user or third party who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of XMQZG or others, or to take any other action permitted under our Terms of Use or policies.
